How do I care for my knobs?

Knobs are sealed VERY well, for a lasting shine and durability. Simply clean them with a damp cloth. They are safe from moisture and can be used in any room of the house.

How quickly do you ship?

We strive to ship all orders in three business days. You will notified when your order is received, and also when it is sent out. You will also be notified of any unforeseen delays.

How will my knobs be sent?

We ship via U.S. Postal service. Smaller packages travel first class, while heavier packages will be sent  via priority mail. All shipments are sent with delivery conformation.

Do you have a return policy?

Our goal is to have every customer be a happy customer, and we stand behind everything we sell. If their is a problem with your order, just return it to us for a full refund.

If I return something do you reimburse my shipping cost?

In the event the product was defective, or we have misrepresented it in any way (i.e. you ordered Pooh knobs and received tomato knobs instead) of course your shipping costs will be reimbursed. In the event you changed your mind and decided to decorate with a different theme, the cost to send the item back would not be reimbursed.

Is it possible to get a sample knob?

We realize you can only tell so much from a computer image, and sample knobs are available at no charge on a case by case basis. We have been a part of many kitchen, bath and nursery remodels and find that sending a sample ensures a happy end result.
